4.Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability
5.Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment

7.Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements

6.Delivered web-based and mobile products to the market that were developed in-house
7.Has experience growing an engineering team in the local CT area
8.Has a track record of improving efficiency of the software development unit through process definition/improvements, automation, DevOps, identifying and hiring/contracting required expertise, etc.
9.Advanced negotiation and relationship building skills
10.Proven Agile and scrum methodology practice
11.Able to articulate experience in skills assessment of individuals, skills gap assessment and remediation for the engineering team, and capacity planning for the short- and long-term
