Main Responsibilities:

1. Generate and fullfil business by providing technical solutions and servicing technical aspects to required service quality standards.
2. Overall management of all Technical Aspects in achieving efficient delivery of confirmed jobs from allocation and scheduling to quality control in
delivery on the floor.
3. Liaise & mentor Operations team towards cohesion, efficiency and quality in the delivery of all Technical services.
4. Supervise costs within the Operations delivery of the branch, by monitoring Operational activities and acting as authorising signatory on all non-
job-related expenditure, with the GM Western Cape approvals in place.
5. Continue to grow the technical level of large events through bespoke concepts & designs; utilizing group resources/equipment. Be the main
drive behind innovation through the use of all Technologies available in the live events Industry.
6. Assist the GM Western Cape with business relationships.

Requirements:

Extensive AV/Audio background and experience in the live events industry.
Excellent management, communication and organisational skills
Thorough industry knowledge
