Our vehicle tracking client is looking for an EE candidate to be responsible for Technical Management of
the Nelspruit area.

Key Responsibility Areas:
• Manage and lead the fitment technicians and supervisors in Nelspruit
• Document processes and procedures related to the role of Technicians / Supervisors
• Responsible for productivity and technical reports weekly/Monthly
• Responsible for operational functionality of the Nelspruit technical department.
• Ensure cooperation, improve morale and satisfaction within the team
• Interacting with external and internal clients
• Mobitech support within the team
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Manage time and attendance and administer leave approvals to ensure adequate staffing based on the team's operational
requirements.
• Maintain and manage records and files, provide technical instructions, client specific specifications
• Assistance with management of large projects.

Educational Requirements & experience needed:
• Matric/ Grade 12 or NTC 4 Qualification
• Any management Diploma/Certificate will be an advantage
• Proven track record of managing supervisors / technicians and interaction with customers
