Our client is a 3rd party certification, compliance and assurance testing company offering international exposure and various options for career growth. An international company listed on the London stock exchange, with a centralised processing office in South Africa and a Programme Management Team situated in Dubai, servicing all of Europe.
The Technical Manager will oversee a team of Technical Coordinators and will apply his technical expertise, along with his knowledge and interpretation of international standards, to ensure that the products to be exported are certified and in compliance with the standards of the intended recipients / importing countries.
The successful candidate will be someone with a strong technical background, ideally with Quality Management experience e.g. ISO 9001/2008.
Job Qualification & Experience:
Preferred Minimum educational qualification and work experience for the position:
• B.Tech or Degree in Engineering
• Good knowledge/certificate for MS Windows Office package
• Knowledge of International Standards such as ISO, IEC and Codex as well as their interpretation would be an advantage.
• Experience in the compliance verification of products and its Registration/Licensing would be also be an added advantage.
