• EXP IN LASER CUTTER AND SALES ADVANTAGE

Core Job Functions (externally, with Clients)
Establish relationship with current client base: Learn their business and service all their needs
Identify new clients: Secure opportunities to quote and manufacture items for them
Approach all customers with a “solution orientated” frame of mind
Ensure an efficient and professional service at all times: Be a brand ambassador for the company

Core Job Functions (internally, with CLIENT team)
Effective management of full team – both up and down business management
Effective internal communication to ensure that all team members are clear on the objectives and deliverables
Develop a thorough understanding of the full range of services offered by CLIENT in order to best advise the customers

Key Performance Criteria
o Ongoing and timeous communication to clients to ensure that they are happy at all times
o Efficiency and accuracy of quotes – learn the CLIENT system and review all quotes before sending them to the client.
o Internal management of all orders: follow up, top line quality checks, review job against original request (has everything been done) and ensure that delivery is made on time.
o Regular progress reports to management on performance, client feedback, concerns etc.
o Attending weekly production status meeting and sales meeting to gain a full understanding of the status of all work in the system. Contribute in the form of advising of any potential problems and forecasting any big orders that may impact the production schedules.
o Weekly trip report sheets that outline the daily trips and reason for meeting. This must include your mileage in order to facilitate the vehicle fleet management reports.
o Responsible cell phone usage – a monthly allowance will be allocated, but all calls out of this allowance will be deducted accordingly.
o A generally positive attitude to work. Your job should be something you enjoy, not just something that pays you.
o Demonstrate an interest in the broader business – cash flow ramifications, production parameters, understanding of the details behind quotes etc.
o Be target orientated – endeavour to reach sales targets all the time.
