RedCat Recruitment is seeking a TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE for a well-established international company – position based in Johannesburg.

This position is an advisory role as part of the South African team to develop a sales strategy for the company. Implement the company sales strategy to ensure the attainment of short and long-term sales goals for the African Markets / Global Markets. The strategy will include particular focus on the penetration, engagement and development of new customer relationships within new markets in the Company. Maintain and manage the current South Africa accounts.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Technical Degree ESSENTIAL!
Home language must be Afrikaans with a good command of the English language.
4yrs+ previous sales experience ESSENTIAL!
5yrs+ experience in replacement parts area in the automobile industry.
Experience in project management, negotiation, argumentation and presentation skills A MUST!
The suitable candidate will be sales orientated with a good feel for market opportunities, good organizational skills, good assessment skills, good negotiation and analytical skills with a great sense of responsibility.
Also required are good social skills, a take-charge attitude and a willingness to learn.
Strong ability to communicate, strong interpersonal, social and intercultural competence.
Good team player.
Must be prepared to travel.
Preference will be given to candidates currently residing on the East Rand area.

Salary offered: R30 000-00 per month (CTC) including vehicle allowance + company laptop + cell phone + petrol card.
