This opportunity to join a Company with world-wide representation, requires a technically mined individual with a passion for sales. Reporting to the Director, you will be required to service existing customers as well as grow the customer base within the Food, Mining & Industrial Sectors.

To ensure that your monthly targets are met and even exceeded, the following will be required:

• To market and sell the Company's products to all customers within set geographic boundaries.
• Maximise sales opportunities by introducing customers to related products
• Ensure maximum number of product lines are sold.
• Focus on products with higher profit margins.
• Provide on-the-job support, guidance and training (if necessary) to customers.
• Ensure monthly, sales, new account targets and key product targets are achieved.
• Monitor availability of stock
• Communicate orders to administration department timeously
• Assist accounts department / management, with follow up with customers accounts
• Identify "new" customers, "new" markets and "new" product trends.
• Increase the number of active accounts.
• Maintain a reliable, up-to-date customer record system

Requirements
• Matric
• Certificate or a Diploma in Sales, or Sales Training Course Certificate.
• A minimum of 3 (three) years experience in Sales. Technical knowledge and
• experience in the Filtration Industry, Mining / Heavy Industry will be an added
• advantage.
• Able to communicate fluently in both English & Afrikaans
• Computer Literacy required: Ms Word, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet,
• Pastel Accounting for Quotations will be an advantage.
• Work requires significant local travel, thus a valid drivers license is essential
• Own reliable car.
• South African Citizen
