Basic Salary R20, 000.00 pm + Medical Aid R 2,344.00

R 3,000.00 per month –this Pro-Rata commission rate will apply for a period of 3 months, if the amount of sales reaches this threshold before that time, normal commission rates will be applied.
Commission: 1% on new business revenue up to ZAR 1,000,000 per month of individual sales
1, 5% for sales revenue exceeding ZAR 1,000,000 per month of individual sales New Business:

Purpose of the Role:

The central role of the Technical Sales Coordinator is to assist the Sales & Marketing department in the carrying out of the core business functions. Whilst day to day tasks may vary greatly the following core duties are the responsibility of the Technical Sales Coordinator.

Main Functions:

• Assist in maintaining and expanding a product and client specific data base for all Products and new clients.
• Daily liaison with sales and rental clients to ensure customer contact is maintained.
• Directly manage as part of the Sales & Marketing Team all clients’ accounts and coordinate the management of all their products.
• Provide up to date technical support on all products in our range and train clients where training needs are identified. Monthly feedback from Customers must be obtained.
• Identify and resolve client concerns, recommendations a course of action to alleviate client concerns.
• Coordinate company staff to provide exemplary service to customers.
• Work with Operations and sales staff to ensure customer project requirements are met.
• Working knowledge of the equipment and price calculations.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report competitor pricing and marketing strategies.
• Understand and comply with established guidelines that ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Expand market awareness of our products and our industry by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively.
• Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences and or other marketing events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Technical Sales.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance.
• Current valid driver’s license.
