National Technical Services Manager – Consumer Electronics

Based in Sandton

To handle the management of multiple technical support teams through directing, planning, developing and leading the technical teams to ensure that all standards, projects and service level agreements are met and operating at maximum effectiveness. The aim is to serve as a liaison between business and technical monitoring progress to assure deadlines and cost targets are met.

Requirements:
• Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification (3 year national diploma or degree)
• Five years’ experience in similar position, three of which should be as a Technical Services Manager
• Experience with customer facing service operations
• Technical infrastructure experience.
• Previous Hardware and OS X support experience an advantage
• Ability to take a strategic approach to planning and focus on the “bigger picture”
