Our client is looking for a Technical Specialist within their facilities management, the ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Qualifications/Competencies:
? BSc (Risk Management or Construction Management or Project Management)
? Experience in Facilities Management and the associated pricing with minimum of 5 years
? Experience with building, construction and IT
? Project Management experience and qualification
? Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Projects, and MS Word
? Good command of the English Language (written and oral)
