Fast growing consumer technology company based in Cape Town is expanding quickly and requires 3 telephone support agents to work at their customer service centre.

The customer service centre is open 7 days a week and your will be required to work at least one weekend per month.

The role requires you to have at a full matric certificate with a higher grade pass in maths and science and experience in a customer service facing role.

A further diploma in computer studies or similar subject wil be advantageous.

In addition to the above you will need to be proficient in the use of computers and the internet as well as display an in-depth knowledge of how computers work.

You must reside within 30minutes commuting time to our service centre which is in Blaauwberg Road close to Marine Circle.

If you are successful in obtaining an interview, you will be tested on your knowledge of computers and your ability to provide a professional level of customer service.
