Our Client in the Fourways, Johannesburg area is looking for Technical Support Agent to join their dynamic team. They require an individual with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate MUST have:

Required Experience

• Be able to work well in a team.
• Have a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Have the ability to work well under pressure and to deal with clients timeously, effectively and professionally.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have minimum 1 year experience in IT networking and routing.
• Have effective listening skills.
• Have the ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
• Have proper telephone etiquette.

Working Hours: 08h00 – 17h00


Salary: R8 000 – R20 000, Cellular allowance & Company contribution on retirement annuity

Duties
This is an operational role providing technical support to our clients in the telecoms industry during office hours as well as after hours when on call. This is an important role as it is a first line representation of our business.
• Respond to customer technical problems/issues related to the Euphoria suite of products via e-mail and telephone as well as onsite networking troubleshooting and configuration.
• Assist customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues.
• Advise/educate customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.
• Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
• Focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution.
• Escalate more complex customer technical issues to senior level support.
• Solve problems for customers with challenging expectations (often escalated or irate).
• Excel at tolerance for processes and people.
• Excel at recognizing internal and external customer's needs and expectations
• Learn and remain current on the full range of Euphoria’s technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.
