Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver excellent customer service and accurate information to the Partner customer base, while working in a highly pressurized environment. Support will be provided telephonically and will involve in-depth technical assistance as well as accounting advice.

Skill requirements:
• Bcom degree or similar qualification
• Working knowledge of Windows
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Working knowledge of computer hardware as well as networking and databases
• Solid experience in a customer service environment will be beneficial
• Effective troubleshooting skills
• Good telephone and email etiquette is a must

Personal qualities:
The successful applicant will display good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in business English. Troubleshooting and problem solving are key traits coupled with a calm and patient approach to each call and incident. This role will require the applicant to spend the majority of their day on the telephone to customers.
The successful applicant must be able to maintain a routine and consistent work pace for long periods despite interruptions as well as maintain accurate records by logging detailed information regarding customer interactions.
They must able to able to work independently as well as have a great attitude.
