Our client, a Leading National Corporate subsidiary of a JSE listed investment house would like to recruit a Cape Town based Technical Support Agent in their Technical Support Department with previous Technical Call Centre experience.

This position reports to the Gaming Technical Support Manager.

KPI’s:

Call Management (Escalation/notification).
Apply technical knowledge of the LPMs when resolving queries efficiently.
Develop and maintain effective relationship with internal and external clients as well as to ensure that dispute resolution is performed timeously.
Ensuring compliance to internal and external Policies and Procedures and Regulations with all related Regulatory Authorities.
Apply knowledge of Central Electronic Monitoring System (“CEMS”) effectively.
Good customer service by understanding customer expectations and dealing with their concerns timeously.
Ensuring that all administrative functions are completed accurately and timeously.

Requirements:

Grade 12.
English, Afrikaans with a third language would be advantageous.
2 Years or more experience in technical support environment.
Technical troubleshooting experience.
Successful candidates must be willing to apply for gambling licence with the assistance of the company and receive licence in order to work in this industry.

Located centrally in Cape Towns CBD close to all transport

Shifts are rotational and based on the following:
07h00 – 16h00
08h00 – 17h00
12h00 – 21h00
17h00 – 02h00
6 days on, 3 days off.
