My client a market leader within the floorcovering Industry seeks to employ a Technical Support Coordinator in Johannesburg. Preference will be given to AA/African applicants, but all suitable applicants may apply.

Matric
At least five years’ work experience in the Floorcovering Industry
Knowledge of Belgotex manufactured products is essential
Training and Facilitation Skills experience is advantageous
Code 08 Drivers License is essential
Computer Literate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to establish and maintain effective professional networks
Attention to detail
Must be able to work independently

Key Duties:
Handling and resolving customer complaints
Provide training on products, measuring, estimating, costing and installations
Customer Support and Advisory
Site and Customer Visits
