Our client, a successful manufacturer and supplier of Airconditioning Products and Components based in Montague Gardens, requires a Technical Support and Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Installations and auditing installations
• Sales maintenance work
• Building solid client relationships
• Providing technical advice and support to customers
• Diagnosing problems and problem solving
• Product training, education and advice
• Designing of solutions
• Quoting
• Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
• Representing the product to customers in meetings and at field events such as conferences, trade shows and seminars
• Responding to functional and technical requirements in RFPs
• Conveying customer requirements to Product Management teams
• Travelling throughout sales territory
• Writing of reports and sales literature
• Researching complementary technology applicable to what the company does
• Researching competitor technology & solutions
• Identifying and establishing new business
• Organizing sales visits
• Liaising with existing clients
• Ensuring that sales targets are met

Minimum Requirements:
• A University Degree
• At least 3 years’ experience in the Airconditioning/ Technology industry
• Sound understanding and knowledge on Airconditioning
• An outgoing and self-motivated individual
• Excellent listening skills
• Comfortable & competent with technology
• Able to provide outstanding customer service
• Someone that exudes passion and drive
• High emotional intelligence, personable and calm under pressure
• Someone who does not mind getting stuck in and getting their hands dirty
