JOB DUTIES

• Monitoring of connectivity.
• Answering Support calls
• Admin assistance on tickets
• Logging of cases
• Schedule follow ups.
• Assisting service controller
• Data Monitoring
• Storage monitoring
• Creation of new wiki pages
• Logging Telkom faults
• Management of Telkom faults and providing feedback
• Basic 3CX tickets
• Connectivity 1st line checks
• Number diversions and testing
• Adhoc support to technical services (FSE, Core, support, etc.)

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN TECHNICAL DIVISION.
