TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST IMMUNO DIAGNOSTICS

Salary: R25 000 CTC per month (negotiable)
Requirements:
BTech Electronic Eng / Bio-medical technologist diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of Oracle / Service and Maintenance
Microsoft Office competent
Supervisory management experience
Strong Technically competent with strong people skills to promote teamwork needed to achieve
reliability program objectives; ability to work in team environment
Financial acumen and experience in understanding business financials
Responsibilities:
Designs, develops and delivers technical training programs and support materials for designated products to customers, field service and sales employees
Designs and conducts needs assessments and job analyses; defines course objectives and determines effective instructional methods; designs evaluation systems to measure training outcomes
Produces instructional materials and conducts training programs
Determine, recommend and implement solutions to customer software and hardware-related requests
Service, training and product sales, or future business opportunities, recommending an action plan to the appropriate departments
Responsible for escalation support to FSE’s
