Well known Pharmaceutical company based in Johannesburg is looking for a Technical Support Specialist Team Leader.

Experience:

Directing team performance and meeting call centre objectives
Implementation of action to improve on KPI's
Scheduling the service activities of Field Service personnel in the field
Scheduling the call centre team activities
Laboratory experience in Immunology, Immunochemistry or Clinical Chemistry
Interpersonal relations and personal adaptability
Fluent in all aspects of French will be a benefit

Qualification:

B.Sc Degree or Diploma in Medical Technology
