Mycomax MicroFinance Solutions (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Technical Support Specialists in Pretoria to provide technical call centre assistance to Mycomax client base.  Answer questions and resolve computer and network problems for clients via telephone or from remote location.  May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software.
 
Formal Qualifications:
Minimum qualification:  Matric/Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
 
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years industry and job related experience.
 
Understanding:
Advanced knowledge of Hardware, Software, Networking and Internet.
Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans & English will be an advantage.
