4 APPOINTMENT AND JOB DESCRIPTION
4.2.2 Employee’s primary function is to provide Technical Support for all clients, both end-users and resellers conducted by means of e-mail, telephonic and remote support as it relates to all software distributed by company to both consumers and businesses. The employee will be held accountable for the quality of this technical support.
4.2.3 Employee must open tickets on SilverSD Admin for any prolonged cases not resolved after first contact, these records must be accurate and kept up to date with progress until closed off upon resolution.
4.2.5 The employee must keep the company websites and front-end content, including support site, up to date especially with regard to support articles for the various products.

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum Matric / Grade 12 certificate
• Technical Support Experience: 1 to 2 years
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Networking and antivirus software.
• Comprehensive understanding and application of company policies and procedures in relation to Sales, Retail and Distribution. Good level of product knowledge (software and ITC related products).
• Professional appearance and dress in line with Company brand.
• Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport or dependable transport.

Job Type: Permanent

Remuneration
• R7,500.00 - R10,500.00 (depending on qualifications & experience)
