We are looking for a Technical Support Agent to provide 1st level support on the product. This individual will be joining a team of developers, testers, and operational staff where the role will be to assist end-users in with understanding the product and troubleshoot issues with the product.

Key responsibilities
• Remote support:
• Telephonic support and assistance to end users
• Email Support and assistance to end users
• Remote assistance via Teams or other approved remote software
• Monitoring of helpdesk tickets using the ticket system
• Training users on existing and new features and functionality of the product
• Troubleshooting:
• Documenting and troubleshooting issues reported internally and by end-users
• Testing resolved issues with the product
Requirements
• Matric certificate or similar qualification
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Friendly and helpful disposition
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both Afrikaans and English
• Added advantages:
• Previous experience working in a helpdesk / support / customer service role
• Previous experience working with Linux systems
• Previous experience working with Databases / mySQL
• Previous experience of the ISP industry
