We are looking for a Site Based Technical Team Leader / Senior Engineer for a Company in Port Elizabeth.

Minimum Requirements:
- 4 – 5 years experience as a technical support engineer across Server, network and desktop infrastructure
- Relevant IT degree/diploma or other technical training
- Experience in leading a small technical support team
- Relevant certifications advantageous
- Drivers licence and own vehicle essential
- Good English language skills

Key Abilities Required:
- Able to be a good team player, because we need you to comfortably interact and liaise with management, co-workers and clients alike
- Able to have an investigative nature - to be able to spot risks and resolve issues quickly and with the minimum disruption to our client's business
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience dealing with high profile individuals (executive/director level)
- Must be able to work well in a high pressure environment

Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will take the technical leader role, lead a small site based team and ensure we meet our contracted and SLA responsibilities.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues as well as support our technical team in the planning, designing and implementation of our client's ICT
solutions etc.
