Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R30,000.00 to R35,000.00 p/month

CAPITAL EQUIPMENT (MEDICAL EQUIPMENT)
The company wishes to employ a Technical Team Manager for the KZN region. The successful incumbent will be based at the KZN branch and will report to the National Technical Manager.
Job Purpose: The Technical Team Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of the technical department and team of the KZN region.
Duties:
• Order and maintain stock spare part level for all capital equipment
• Order and maintain stock level for all service kits for CAPITAL EQUIPMENT
• Monitor Odyssey, the Service Manager CRM, and ensure that it is updated by all technicians in KZN
• Provide technical support to assist field technicians
• Ensure that all KZN technical staff have access to One Drive with product Software, Operator and Service manuals
• Ensure One Drive is kept up to date with the product documentation sold in KZN region.
• Provide telephone support to field technicians
• Liaising with customers
• Implement SLAs for equipment
• Liaise with overseas agencies
• Monitor technical staff site visits and job completion
• Work closely with the Sales department
• Procurement of Local IT infrastructure for customer installations
• Ensure smooth running of the technical department including administration
• Manage all KZN technical staff
• Plan, direct and administer operations

Required Skills:
• Minimum qualification: National Diploma Clinical / Electrical Engineering / Managerial Qualifications
• At least five (5) years’ experience in Field service support
• At least two (2) years’ experience in Technical Management
• Good Technical ability
• Good computer literacy
• Skill in planning, directing and administering operations
• Ability to prepare and analyze comprehensive reports
• Ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues
• High level of accuracy
