South Africa’s leading corporate player in the development and management of property and the leisure sector is currently on the lookout for a dynamic Technical Trainer.

This role is responsible for:

Identifying training needs
Supporting the Company’s skills development requirements, as dictated by Legislation Developing training material, aligned to SSETA accreditation standards
Planning and delivering training courses
Assessing the effectiveness of training
Submitting required training reports and meeting deadlines
Composition/writing of Company documentation
Performing various administrative and general office duties.

Qualifications/Essential Requirements:

Matric, with at least 2 years relevant experience in a training environment
Train-the-Trainer, Facilitator, Assessor, Course Design or ETDP (Education Training and Development Practitioner)
Qualifications are preferred Experience in the design of SSETA accredited Training courses
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong facilitation / presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Self motivated, with the ability to motivate others Good organisational and planning skills
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure
Highly computer literate
