Our motor industry client is looking to employ a Technical Trainer.

Purpose
Provide training, development and assessment services to improve operational quality and turnaround time, through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.

Minimum Experience
5 - 8 years experience in a similar environment
2 - 3 years at senior specialist level

Job Outputs
PROCESS AND GOVERNANCE

• Facilitate learning according to predetermined lesson frameworks and engage learners in an interactive learning methodology to enhance
learning capabilities
• Facilitate assessments (writing and practical) according to predetermined lesson frameworks to ensure assessments of learners
• Update relevant information and complete all learner administration activities to ensure compliance to requirements, processes and
procedures
• Identify training and development requirements and escalate requirements to the relevant stakeholders to ensure relevant training materials
are updated accordingly
• Invigilate assessments, prepare reports of test results and forward the outcomes to the relevant stakeholders for further actioning
• Escalate unresolved issues to management and process owners
• Report on transactional and process activities to enable timely decision making
• Identify and develop solutions to improve operational service and quality
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and guidelines within the area of accountability
• Adhere to SOP’s within the area of accountability
• Prepare training delivery reports to keep record of training initiatives and results
• Interact with training specialists, line managers & business stakeholders, to effectively identify optimal learning solutions, content & platforms


FINANCE
• Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to prevent financial losses

• Broaden the understanding of customer service delivery principles and provide specialist support to meet or exceed customer expectations
