Technical Training Coordinator

R25000 – R30000 per month

The incumbent of the position will be required to be in charge of organizing technical training, prepare training course material, technical support to dealer, other temporary tasks from technical manager.
Minimum Requirements:
• Matric Certificate and above
• Qualified diesel mechanic
• road traffic regulations
• knowledge on NRCS
• code 14 drivers license
• 5 years’ commercial dealership experience
• Hands-on personality
• MS Office
• (work, excel, PPT, outlook)
• Sound report skills

• Technical training performance of dealers
• Training material compiling
• Regional Dealer technical support
• TPR quality and quantity
• Homologation document management
• Bulletins compliance condition

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist technical manager to uplift technical skills across the network but not limited to:
• Ensure adherence to the company’s rules and regulations as documented in the company’s disciplinary policy;
• Ensure that housekeeping is maintained within your area of work;
• Ensure safe work practices as defined during health & safety induction and other health and safety awareness related training;
• Investigation of training demand across the dealer network.
• Schedule the training course according to dealer’s submission
• Organize the technical training activities
• Manage the training area and training tools.
• Assist the trainer to compile and file the training course presentation
• Assist the trainer to when conduct training
• Assist the trainer to conduct assessment
• Provide the regional technical support to dealer network.
• Ensure OEM bulletin compliance at responsible dealers.
• Prepare a manage homologation document to SABS
• Collect and analyze technical problem report submit from new work
