Job Description

• Maintains in depth working knowledge of one or more ACI products and possessing the ability to conduct customer education.
• Fosters a collaborative working environment with the Technical Course Developer to create new course modules.
• Maintains existing course modules and conducts classes which present this information to ACI customers both internal and external.
• Uses data from a variety of sources to analyze needs and propose sound training solutions.
• Delivers training using various learning methodologies while ensuring learning outcome by checking for understand and skill acquisition.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years application software experience and customer teaching experience.
• 3 years previous experience in data processing, banking/retail environment.

Highly Desired Qualifications

• Post Graduate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years application software experience and customer teaching experience.
• 3 years previous experience in data processing, banking/retail environment.
• Software development experience using Java.
