What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the In-house Technical Training sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Skills Management

* Training Development

* Liaise with Subject Matter Experts and Training Providers
* SETA Accredit Training Programmes
* Establish and Monitor SLA's with External Training Providers

* Training Delivery
* Monitor the Quality of Training Interventions
* Co-ordinate Leadership Development Programmes
* Ensure certificates of competence delivered

* SETA Management
* Skills Reporting
* SETA Report Submissions and Claim Backs
* Company accreditation as a training provider

Background work experience

* 5+ years training management experience
