Technical Training Officer (with HSE)(JHB) R Neg.
An accredited trainer and accredited assessor with Education and Development Seta and a SAMTRAC or higher qualification to fill a dual role of HSE and technical training ( NQF5/qualified artisan). Extensive SHE exposure in industrial/manufacturing environment with ISO 9000, ISO14000 and OHSAS 18001 certified. Will ensure that sites where our staff do maintenance and installations comply with SHE standards. Will develop, implement and manage the delivery of core artisan technical learning and development strategies. The candidate needs to have conducted engineering type training, looking after apprentices with the SETA in particular, so extensive SETA dealings is essential
