Our client, a renowned specialist software development company, is looking for a Technical Writer/Content Author who is up-beat, focused and an excellent communicator. The successful incumbent will be responsible for collecting and representing technical information acquired from the development team in a user-friendly and understandable format for technical and non-technical audiences in the form of user guides and an HTML help system.



Qualification:

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or IT



Skills & Experience:

3-5 years’ experience as a Technical Writer/Author

Technical background/experience preferably in Software Development

Must be able to convert technical information into format suitable for non-technical readers

Must have experience with Confluence / Wiki type documenting

Must have experience using help file systems

Must be able to write installation / deployment type documents



Job Description:
