Our client a world-class energy support service company; is looking for a Technician Condition Monitoring to join their team. The main objective of the role will be to carry out condition monitoring and analysis of data on rotating plant

Job Specification:

• Carry out vibration monitoring and analysis on various rotating equipment.
• Root cause / failure analysis and report writing.
• Carry out alignment on various rotating equipment.
• Balancing of rotating equipment.
• Carry out Thermography scans, analysis and report writing.
• Measure and report on a monthly basis on Rework vs Revenue for your department and ensure that rework is reduced.
• Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the documented processes and comply with the requirements of ISO and OHSAS.

Minimum Requirements:
N6 / S4 Mechanical, plus 5 years’ experience
• In depth knowledge of RBMware Vibration software.
• Knowledge of the Quality Management Systems and ISO standards
• Knowledge of OHS Act, Construction regulations and Environmental regulations
• Knowledge of Human Resources and Industrial Relations
• Vib 1, Vib 2, Vib 3
• Bearing Failure analysis
• Thermography 1
• Thermography 2
• Electrical motor analysis
• Basic Tribology
