We are looking for a Technician with sufficient experience in Power Electronics fault finding and repair, to be based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. Must be willing and able to travel when needed - car licence needed.

•Minimum a National Certificate N4 Electrical or Electronic Engineering (N5 is preferred).
• At least two years' experience with fault finding and repair of Power Electronic equipment.
• Must have a very good technical knowledge base with Variable Speed Drives and associated equipment.
• Experience with LV Electrical Motors and Switchgear is a great advantage.
• Must be fully fluent in Afrikaans and English (Professional proficiency).
• Must have a valid driver's licence and be able to travel as and when needed.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed, even on weekends.
• No criminal record.
• Ability to liaise with clients.
• Be well spoken and able to represent the organisation in a professional and tactful manner.
• Be energetic with good interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in a team, or to act independently when situations warrant.
• Must be able to act diplomatically when a situation demands it.
• Must have a deep sense of responsibility and accountability with sober habits.
• Must be punctual and willing to go the extra mile without it being asked for.
