Minimum Requirements.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Grade 12
• N4/N5 Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation or equivalent
• Driver's License - Code EB (Own Vehicle Essential)
EXPERIENCE:
• 1 - 5 years Plant Experience related experience Plant Experience
• DeltaV 7018 Course ( DeltaV Hardware & Troubleshooting)
• DeltaV 7009 Course ( DeltaV Operate Implementation)
• DeltaV 7020 Course (AMS Configuring & Using)
• DeltaV 7032 Course (DeltaV Foundation Fieldbus)
• Intrinsic Safety Training (Essential)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of installed based services
• Plant experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
• Work in Sub-Saharan Markets
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
• Maintain and improve relationships with customers
• Provide Technical and Product Service and SLA obligations to customers
• Software and Hardware Fault Finding up to the I/O Cards
• Share Product Knowledge and Marketing Information
• Assist with upgrading and migration of products
• Assist in Commissioning of Equipment and Systems
• Prepare Regular Reports for Line Manager
• Ensure that housekeeping and safety is kept to a high standard
