A reputable firm of consulting engineers is looking to appoint a Technologist in the Urban Development Field at their Bloemfontein office.
Minimum Requirements:
•B.Tech degree
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Urban Development Field
•Municipal Infrastructure design and implementation background
•Be able to fully utilize CAD
Requirements include:
•CAD experience in the municipal infrastructure and building services and other urban structures.
•Technical analysis in urban infrastructure.
•Business development i.e. assisting with the support of existing and new clients and identifying opportunities.
•Be able to do project management, contractor communications and project financials.
•Be able to assist with construction site supervision.
•Quality control, as well as client quality requirements throughout the project cycle.
