A Human Resources Consulting firm based in Umhlanga requires services of a telesales agent.
3 months contract which could be reviewed
Basic salary + commission after 3 months
Previous tele sales experience - a must

Duties:

Finding new clients by introducing various services offered.
Meeting and exceeding daily targets.
Generate leads daily and book Business Sales Consultants’ appointments.
Performing related administration tasks.
Capturing and updating information on companies called.
Increase client base by cold calling via telephone, email and social media
Following up on leads and enquiries, quoting and selling services.
Required Skills:

Excellent telephone manners.
Outstanding communication skills (great communicator).
Sales and target driven.
Passion for sales and people (all sales are conducted on site)
Matric & a sales and marketing qualification will be advantageous.
Experience in generating business through telesales is key.
Telesales experience outside a call centre environment.
A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage
