Telecommunications Service Delivery Manager

Oversee all aspects of service delivery within the department and reporting on this to MANCO and EXCO.

Responsibilities:

This includes assisting all customers and the project management office by resolving all queries, regular scheduled onsite meetings with clients, stock management and staff management and reporting to MANCO and EXCO.

Requirements:

Completed Matric and N+ Qualification
A Managament qualification from a reputable tertiary institution
A solid track record in managing service delivery and people in a similar environment
A working knowledge of VOIP and Samsung products

Remuneration:
