• Project financial administration within the Telecoms Programme Management Office (TPMO);
• Defining and implementing project and financial reporting processes and procedures as required by the Programme Manager (s) and the Manager: Telecommunications;
• Aggregation of project data from Project Administrators and compiling of progress reports;
• Ensuring adherence to sound financial and project governance principles of capital projects managed by the TPMO;
• Management as required of process improvement projects within the TPMO;
• Administration of project document control processes

• Minimum NQF4 or equivalent;
• Project Management certificate;
• 5 years’ experience in cost estimating and scheduling of complex projects that involve multiple contractors and elements in the value chain, specifically in the telecoms infrastructure arena;
• Experience in use of Microsoft Project;
• Experience in SharePoint or similar document management systems;
• Good grounding in document control processes and procedures;
• 3 years’ experience in the use of SAP CRM or similar systems;
• Trained in SAP PPM (Project Portfolio Management).
