Main Job Functions
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Identify customer’s needs, clarify information and provide opportunities based on client’s requirements.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Enter new customer information into system
• Identify and overcome objections
• Maintain potential customer data bases/pipeline
• Liaising with Directors/owners of medium to large sized businesses

Education & Experience
• Matric
• proficient in relevant computer applications and call centre systems
• good typing skills
• knowledge of sales principles and methods
• required language skills
