You are a professional Telemarketer with great sales skills and a fantastic work ethic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Handling 80 calls per day (outbound) and 10 calls per day (inbound)
-Record feedback on CRM system
-Daily follow ups on emails and appointments
-Displaying positive attitude and high level of commitment
-Achieve 95% success rate on calls on a daily basis
-Adherence with Contact Centre policies
-100% attendance on scheduled training of products, processes, systems and soft skills
-Ensure 1% error rate on all transactions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 1 year's Call centre experience
-Computer Literacy
-MS Office
-Be articulate on the phone
-Proficient in English and Afrikaans plus any 3rd language
