NO SHIFTS – MONDAY TO FRIDAY 08:00 – 16:30 with 1 hour break

Our client is seeking the BEST of the BEST! A money hungry and extremely driven individual. The client requires someone with strong sales abilities and a hunger to achieve more than they did yesterday. The company maybe re locating to the Southern Suburbs so the candidate must be flexible with working in either locations.

Reporting to: Sales Team
Overall Job Purpose: Conducting cold calling and appointment booking according to specific targets.

Job responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:
?Assisting and reporting to Wealth Planners, Financial Planners and Brokers
?Cold calling to achieve target level of appointments for the sales team
?Update relevant databases
?Communicating with clients professionally
?Daily reporting
?Achieving set targets daily
?General administration

Skills, knowledge and experience required:
?Candidate must be 25 years and older
?Matric
?Insurance industry experience
?2 years sales experience
?Drivers License (and own transport)
?Ability to self-motivate
?Resilient and able to work under pressure and un supervised
?Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
?Good Self confidence
?Good team player
?Computer Literate in Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
?Good attention to detail
?Ability to handle conflict and objections
?Interpersonal skills
?Goal orientated
?Proactive
