Our Client consults and presents unique Prospecting/ Lead Generation and Service offerings to their clients within the Corporate Market.

Each solution presented is based on its own Marketing Campaign and will therefore present the ideal candidate with an exciting opportunity to “reach for the stars” whilst delivering a quality service! 

The ideal candidate must meet with the following criteria:

• Be in possession of a Matric or Senior Certificate


• 2-3 years experience in a telemarketing/sales position previously


• Self motivated, creative, business minded and determined


• Have a natural flair for the sales process


• Fully computer literate – MS Office (Previous CRM Application experience will be considered an advantage)


• Fluent in English/Afrikaans (Verbally/Written)


• Preferably have own transport


• Strong Excel skills


• Be energetic


• Good knowledge of the internet and how to use Google for research & marketing optimisation

The main duties of this position will include:

• Daily telephonic prospecting to secure new business appointments for specific client campaigns


• Present and Follow up on a Business to Business level


• Management of lead generation/referral process for client campaigns


• Market research


• Update and manage CRM programme on daily basis


• Achieve daily productivity and specific targets as per unique client campaign


• Liaise and interact with clients to ensure clear communication channels with regard to Campaign status


• Manage all adhoc administrative duties


• Provide clients on internal/external level with an updated status on daily/weekly/monthly progress


• Communicating with clients regarding prospective meetings and getting input


• Calling to update data in database

In return this opportunity offers:

• Guaranteed Basic Salary of R5 – R6 000 per month


• Over and above AGGRESSIVE commission structure  (current average commissionable earnings of between R3 500 – R6000 per month, over an above salary)
