JOB POSITION: TELEMARKETING CONSULTANTS

LOCATION:- SANDTON/ ROSEBANK

SALARY OFFER : R 10,000 - R 25,000 PER MONTH.

JOB OVERVIEW:-

Outbound Telemarketing Consultants work in Contact Centers Operations. They contact consumers and business customers by phone to
attempt to sell or create interest in a product or service. These Consultants also work for Finance, Insurance,Stock Exchange Investments
encouraging prospects to make financial investments and trade in shares in one of the top Platforms in African Continent , recognized globally.
Training on the Product is mandatory, Professional grooming and Ethics is very Key in the Industry.

QUALIFICATION:-

Telemarketing Consultants,require a minimum of a high school diploma/Bachelor degree or Honors in Business Administration.
Previous experience in a sales or customer service position may be valuable. In regulated industries, such as insurance or financial services,
agents in call centers may require to undergo licencing to provide services in Insurance sector specifically.

COMPETENCY AND COGNITIVE SKILLS:-

--Good interpersonal skills are essential for this job.
--Agents must be able to build rapport with prospects before attempting to sell to them.
--They must also be able to deal effectively with people who may be angry at receiving an unsolicited call at home.
-- Agents must have good learning skills to acquire the product knowledge to present products effectively and answer prospects’ questions
accurately.
