Responsible for the effective operational management of people, processes and priorities of the contact centre. Lead, guide, develop and support the Telemarketing area to effectively manage sales and efficiencies in the area. Manage any risk affiliated to the processing of orders, quality of calls and adherence to the Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Accreditations

Grade 12
Diploma/ Certificate or 5 years + relevant industry experience
Relevant postgraduate business qualification will be an added advantage
Relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage

Experience & Skills

Minimum of 5 years’ sales operations experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership or management level
Management experience in a call centre environment
Understanding of NCA / CPA / POPI / FAIS / FICA
Computer Proficient with advance Excel
