We are currently recruiting for a Telemarketing Team Leader within the call centre and we are ideally looking for candidates who have worked in insurance or loans particularly.

The minimum requirements for the role:

Qualifications & Accreditations

Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
Experience & Skills

1 Year sales solid experience
1 Year leadership/supervisory experience within a contact centre (preferably in Telesales/Outbound)
Computer literate
Attribute & Behaviours

Energetic with a positive attitude
Persuasive skills which includes sales ability
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Excellent communication skills
Good analytical ability and attention to detail
Resilient and change orientated
