VACANCY: Telemarketing/Telesales Manager – Linbro Park, Sandton
SALARY: R12-16k basic plus OTE commission up to R20k plus incentives plus benefits

OVERVIEW:
To supervise and drive telesales team on a daily basis, to ensure the brand is aggressively marketed to customer base and targets achieved. Driver type character, with strong communication, people, motivational and telephone skills. Must have a proven record in FMCG telemarketing with at least 5 years’ Telesales Supervisor/Manager experience. Must be PC literate with regards to Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Word.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric
• A qualification in sales and marketing will be a definite advantage
• At least 5 years telesales, with supervisor / management experience
