ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Selling
• Responsible for all new sales
• Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas
• Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
• Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Candidate must be familiar with the Sales cycle and closing techniques with an excellent track record.
• Good telephone etiquette
• Communication and objection handling skills


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 1 – 2 years sales experience is ESSENTIAL
Call Center sales - NON NEGOTIABLE
Grade 12/NQF level 4
Previous Insurance knowledge will be advantageous
