Telesales & Sales Support for a courier company, reporting directly to Branch Manager.

Prerequisites:

• Knowledge and understanding of the courier industry a plus but your attitude is more important;
• Must have a proven track record of over the phone sales;
• Above average knowledge of MS Word/PPT/Outlook/Excel
• You must be able to communicate clearly at all levels;
• Self disciplined to work both in a team and on your own;
• Must be meticulous and have an eye for detail;
• Able to work under pressure in a very stressful environment with minimum supervision.
