JOB DESCTIPTION FOR: TELESALES

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Main Purpose:
To ensure that the Sales Function is executed ensure good telephone manner with customers & ensure objectives are achieved in area of responsibility.

Activities
• Receiving orders & generating outbound calls
• Receive Orders
• Confirm Orders
• Action any Returns and Damages
• Communicate pricing telephonically
• Negotiate promotional activity
• Implement promotional plans
• Communicate product range changes etc. to Store/Floor Management
• Monitor target achievement and implement action plans
• Utilize deals as negotiated by Client/Principles
• Address Pricing and Delivery issues
• Sell new lines to all stores
• Delivery POS
• Complete Reports as requested
• Endure the safe-keeping and maintenance of Company Equipment
• Maintain good working relationships at the workplace & also with both customer and client
• Greet and be friendly at all times
• Feedback on customer complaints, queries and requests.
• Adhere to company Rules and Regulations at all times

Qualifications:-
• Matric, and relevant experience

Experience:-
• 3-5 years direct and relevant experience in a telesales function within an FMCG industry.
• Basic MS Office Skills – Excel a must.
