A national manufacturing company is looking to add a Telesales Administrator to their vibrant team of employees.

Requirements:

• Matric
• At least two years’ experience in telesales/internal sales administration.
• Well-presented and well spoken
• Good organisational skills and time management skills

Duties:

• Sales orders
• Attempt to sell products during telecommunications
• Initiate contact for orders when sales reps are unable to contact customers
• Ensure that orders are executed promptly and accurately when received from customers
• Ensure that a backorder list is received from the warehouse on a daily basis
• Routinely communicate with the Creditor/Debtors controllers in case a customer’s account has been placed on hold, communicate this to the sales representatives to prevent any products being invoiced
• When stocktakes are scheduled be available to assist
• Take initiative in understanding products
• Update pricelist on the system on the same day that the price changes occur
• Communicate with your respective sales representative consistently regarding all daily issues
• Work in another sales department area to perform as hoc tasks as per operational requirements
